Join UCMC Alumni Bob Kessler as he leads and exciting voyage of discovery and mystery to the Four Corners Area of Utah. High atop the Colorado Plateau (5000 - 6500 feet above sea level), we will hike into three small but spectacular canyons. These canyons had all been home to the intriguing Anasazi Indians, a people who inhabited the area over 700 years ago and left many examples of their presence.

I T I N E R A R Y
Friday, March 15:
Leave Cincinnati at 5:00 PM. Drive non-stop (27 hours).
Saturday, March 16:
Arrive in Kane Gulch Ranger Station area by 6:00 PM. Car-camp
Sunday, March 17:
P/U Permits. Hike into South Mule Canyon to camp. 3 miles.
Monday, March 18:
Orienteer from South into North Mule, then exit. 5.5 miles.
Drive to trailhead of Owl & Fish Creek Canyons. Car-camp.
Tuesday, March 19:
Hike Owl Creek and camp at confluence with Fish Creek. 6.3 miles.
Wednesday, March 20:
Hike into Fish Creek Canyon. Camp at exit point. 7.8 miles.
Thursday, March 21:
Dayhike in morning. Exit and orienteer to car. 2.2 miles.
Drive to Road Canyon trailhead. Car-camp.
Friday, March 22:
Dayhike into Road Canyon. 7 miles round trip.
Drive to Moab to clean-up. Car-camp.
Saturday, March 23:
Leave Moab area at 10:00 AM. Drive non-stop.
Sunday, March 24:
Arrive Cincinnati at 4:00 PM.
